Awarded “BLUE RIBBON” for oil-squeezer and appointed as a leading member of Japan Metal Forming Machine Builders Association.
1953
Developed Hydraulic pipe bending machine, Pinion puller, Oil gear pump etc.
1956
Joined The Japan OIL Hydraulic Association and developed Hydraulic pipe tester.
1963
Enjoyed a great success in the first international exhibition in Shanghai.
1968
The founder Mr.Toshio Yamamoto was awarded highest for “CONTRIBUTION TO THE INDUSTORY” by Japanese Government, and developed the first N/C pipe bending machine.
1973
Awarded “AUTOMATIC MACHINE DEVELOPMENT AWARD” by Japanese Society for the promotion of Machine Industry for heat-treating and flattening press line of circular saw blade.
1974
Completed Hydrostatic pipe tester for medium dia. seamless pipe.
1976
Developed Elbow production line (patented in Japan) and exported the production line to Poland.
1977
Developed Tube collapse and bursting tester (patented in Japan).
1978
Developed Vertical unbarreling line (patented in Japan and abroad).
1981
Developed Automatic pressure leakage tester with TV eyes designated by Osaka Bureau of International Trade and Industry (patented in Japan and abroad).
1982
Completed the original CNC pipe bender.
1984
Completed the first unit of CNC pipe bending machine through the technological tie-up with the Eaton Leonard Cooperation in U.S.A.
1987
Designed and manufactured Small high-pressure testing capsule exclusive for food industry and exhibited this capsule at Tokyo International Fluid Exhibition.
1990
Delivered Automatic high-pressure testing capsule and Hydro-forming machine (15,000KN). Enjoyed a great success in the TUBE '90 international exhibition in Dusseldorf.
1991
Delivered Hydro-Pasteur (high-pressure sterilizing processing system for liquid state food) .
1992
Deliveredφ670mm Flexible tube forming machine and Full automatic pipe end straightening press.
Completed Automatic high-pressure testing capsule. Installed mechanical design CAD system.
1993
Exported 8”×2 Head pipe tester.
1994
Exported 24” Pipe tester and delivered I-beam panel straightening press.
1995
Delivered 7” Swaging machine and Hydraulic forming machine for 4 pcs. tee joint.

Develped the automatic and labor-saving valve tester system.

Delivered Hydraulic forming machine (35,000KN).

Exported the world largest 16” pipe bending machine.
1999
Delivered Hydro-forming machine (15,000KN) and Pre-forming press (1,500KN) and YPB-704F CNC pipe bending machine etc.

Delivered Model.YPB-708SF pipe bending machine and Hydroforming machine (35,000KN). and exported 60” hydrostatic pipe tester (for large dia. pipe).
